Mayor Frank DeLucca:

Mayor Frank DeLucca Jr.

Mayor Frank DeLucca has lived in Lindenwold his entire life (57 years). He has been married for 36 years to Norma Jean and raised three children, Tammy, Bumper and Brett who own homes and reside in Lindenwold.

He attended the Lindenwold school system and also attended from Camden County Technical School. He attended Camden County College and graduated Glassboro College and obtained a teacher's certificate.

His career began as a Lindenwold Police Officer, which he served for 10 years. He was a “Gaming Equipment Specialist “(Division of Gaming Enforcement) NJ State Police officer and vocational teacher for the Juvenile Justice Commission for the State of New Jersey.

He has been a volunteer firefighter for 20 years and most recently was appointed safety officer for the Lindenwold Fire District.

He has also served on the Board of Directors for Camden County “ARC”.

Frank is proud to have served as President of the Camden County “Mayor’s Association” and was selected as “Mayor of the Year” in 2005.

Frank also was honored to be named “Alumnus of the Year” by Camden County Technical Schools.

His personal goal is to make everyone who lives in Lindenwold “proud to be a resident” and that our town is the most desirous town to live in and raise a family in Camden County.

The Mayor would like to thank you for allowing him to be your Mayor for 11 years.


Councilman Richard E. Roach, Jr.:

Councilman Richard E. Roach, Jr.

Richard (“Rich") Roach has been a resident of Lindenwold for 20 years. He has been married for 24 years and has 3 children. He is currently employed with the Camden Public Works department. He is a member of the “Knights of Columbus”.

Rich was elected to council in 1998. Rich is liaison to Public Events, Municipal Alliance (community drug awareness program), past Code Housing/ Enforcement and Lindenwold Public Library liaison.


Councilman Joseph C. Strippoli:

Councilman Joseph C. Strippoli

Joseph (“Joe”) Strippoli is a 30 year resident of Lindenwold. He is a graduate of St. Lawrence Grammar School and Camden Catholic High School. He served in U.S. Army at the end of Korean War. Joe holds a FAA pilot’s license, US Coast Guard Captain’s license and a New Jersey real estate license. Joe is a retired bowling proprietor. Joseph served on the Multi-Dwelling Rent Control Board and was mayor of Lindenwold from 1988-1991. Joe also served on the Lindenwold Planning Board from 1988-1991 and was past liaison to the Lindenwold Public Library. Joe was elected to council in 1999. Joe currently serves as liaison to the Lindenwold Senior Citizens.


Councilman Wayne Hans:

Wayne Hans has been a resident of Lindenwold for over 27 years. Wayne is owner and founder of W. Hans Contractors LLC, established in 1978. He is a graduate of Overbrook Regional High School. He has been married for 27 years with 4 children. He served as a member of the Lindenwold Zoning Board from 1993 to 2005. He is a past member of the Lindenwold Planning Board.

Wayne has served as a council member since 2005. He is liaison to the Public Works department, Parks & Recreation, Fire District and is the current Fire Commissioner.


Councilwoman Cheryle Randolph-Sharpe, Council President:

Councilwoman Cheryle Randolph-Sharpe

Cheryle Randolph-Sharpe was selected as council president in 2008 and has been involved in real estate appraising since 1986. She is currently the owner of Sharpe Valuation Solutions, LLC a nationwide real estate appraisal firm located in Woodbury, NJ. Ms. Randolph-Sharpe holds a residential appraisal license in the state of New Jersey. Ms. Randolph-Sharpe believes in the importance of “giving back”. She has been responsible for assisting 8 trainees realize their goals of becoming licensed appraisers in the state of New Jersey.

Ms. Randolph-Sharpe was appointed by Governor Codey to the New Jersey Regulatory Board of Real Estate Appraisers in December of 2005. Ms. Randolph-Sharpe current serves as Vice-Chair. Ms. Randolph-Sharpe was appointed in 2007 to participate in the Appraisal Quality Board (as authorized by Congress) to develop the new 2008 federal exam with other “Subject Matter Experts (SME).

Ms. Randolph-Sharpe is a second-term councilmember and is liaison to the finance department, economic development, the library and the media team. (Newsletter, website and TV) Ms. Randolph-Sharpe is married to Timothy and has been a long time resident of Lindenwold. Ms. Randolph-Sharpe is attending the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Center of Government Services at Rutgers University.


Councilman Ken Balmer:

Councilman Ken Balmer

Kenneth (“Ken”) Balmer was born in Philadelphia. He has been a resident of Lindenwold for 34 years. He has been married for 34 years with 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Kenneth is a retired member of the International Union of Elevator Constructor’s Local # 5. He was employed as an elevator mechanic with Security Elevator Company of Philadelphia. He retired in 2004 after 36 years of service.

Kenneth is a past member of the Lindenwold Borough council (1991-1996). He is a past member of the Lindenwold MUA and the Lindenwold Board of Health. He currently serves on the Planning Board and the Environmental Commission. Kenneth was re-elected to council in 2005. He is liaison to the Lindenwold School Board and the Environmental Board.


Councilman William J. Dougherty:

Councilman William J. Dougherty

William (“Bill”) was born in Philadelphia; he has been a resident of Lindenwold for 47 years. He has been married for 52 years with 3 children and 6 grandchildren. William served his country from 1954-1956 as a member of the United States Army. William was employed at Anheuser Bush Wholesalers as a sales manager for 17 years and retired in 1997. He served on council from 1977-1988 and was chairman and commissioner of the CCMUA from 1982-1997. He also serves on the Zoning Board.

He is a member of the St. Lawrence Parish in Lindewold and a member of Parish Council.

William was re-elected to Lindenwold council in 2006. He is liaison to the Housing/Code Enforcement department.
