The Mayor and Council of Lindenwold would like to express their appreciation for Michael's service to our country and to welcome him home from his second deployment to Afghanistan. They hope his celebration at La Esperanza on Friday, March 29 at 6:00 pm is a joyous celebration for his numerous achievements. Good luck in all your future endeavors.
Applicants must possess the qualities as required by Civil Service. Applicants must be flexible to work some nights and weekends. Additional information can be found on the Civil Service Website at nj.gov/csc or by Contacting the Borough Clerk. In additional, successful applicants may be required To take the Civil Service Test and score in the top three positions. Patrolman Juan Caceres and Patrolman Jose Class were sworn in at the council meeting on December 12, 2012. Both officers transferred to Lindenwold from the Camden Police Department where they served with the Quality Response Unit. Patrolman Caceres and Class are both bi-lingual in Spanish and English which, along with their other skills will make them valuable assets to the Lindenwold Police Department. The officers will begin a twelve week field training program.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit interest from qualified firms and/or individual to provide professional service for the Borough of Lindenwold. A qualified firm and/or individual will be selected through a competitive, quality-based, fair and open process at the sole discretion of the Borough.
CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS. Mayor and Council will evaluate each submission and selection will be made upon the following criteria:
1. Appropriate professional license 2. Experience and reputation in the field 3. Sufficient staff 4. Experience and familiarity with the Borough of Lindenwold 5. Compensation fees 6. Availability to accommodate any required meetings of the Borough 7. Disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest that the firm may have in performing these services 8. Other factors determined to be in the best interest of the Borough
COMPLIANCE: In addition, all proposals shall comply with P.L. 1977, c33 requiring submission of a statement of corporate ownership, N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 requiring submission of a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and the collection of use taxes; and with P.L. 1975, c127 and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., requiring compliance with equal employment opportunity and affirmative action laws and the submission of proof of compliance therewith.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: The Borough of Lindenwold reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any proposals as may be permitted by law.

RESOLUTION #2012:232 WHEREAS, there is currently existing a curfew for the Borough of Lindenwold residents seventeen (17) years of age and under, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend this curfew for Friday, October 26, 2012 through Wednesday, October 31, 2012 for Halloween.
