Camden County is assisting Senior Citizens with requesting to moving up their appointment or setting up their appointment.

Hotline Numbers to move up your appointment:

You must be 65 or older and have an appointment already set up in Cooper My Chary for April 1st or later, you can call the numbers below to move your appointment up.

Assistance with making your appointment: 856-858-3220

Senior Services are assisting for your appointment, they can request to move your appointment up.

If you have a computer or smart phone:
     Camden County Division of Senior Services will assist with setting up Cooper My Chart and making your appointment. They will walk you through the steps.

If you don't have a computer or smart phone:
     Camden County Division of Senior Services will make your appointment for you.
