Camden County Hazard Mitigation Plan

YARD WASTE CART

The Public Works Department will only collect WEEKLY (Monday) YARD WASTE in the new 96 gallon carts with the green lids.

If you feel that the new weekly yard waste cart is unwanted, please call the Public Works to remove.

You will be able to request at a later time if needed.

Weekly Yard Waste INCLUDES:

  •  Grass Clippings
  •  Garden Waste
  •  Tree Trimmings
  •  Leaves
  •  Brush

NOT INCLUDED in Weekly Yard Waste:

  •  Plastic Bags
  •  Dirt / Soil
  •  Other Recyclable items
  •  Trash
  • ·Wood Scrap

 Only one cart will be issued per residence free of charge.

 No other container or bags can be used with our weekly yard waste collection. 

 Yard Waste Carts must be placed at curb with the same guidelines as the other carts. 

 Weekly Yard waste collection will be collected from January – October.

 The Borough will still collect Bulk Yard Waste the first Monday of every month January – October.

MONTHLY BULK YARD WASTE INCLUDES:

  • Branches/Brush that will not fit in your cart
  • Shrubs
  • Logs under 12”

* Reminder Bulk Yard Waste:

No individual item bundle shall weigh in excess of 50 pounds.

Larger branches and limbs shall be cut into four-foot lengths and securely tied in bundles.

Monthly Bulk Yard Waste shall not exceed two cubic yards will per residence.

CONTRACTORS MUST REMOVE ALL DEBRIS.

STUMPS/LOGS 12” DIAMETER OR LARGER
Call the Public Works to schedule a Thursday pick-up.
Stumps and logs must be stacked neatly curbside.

YARD WASTE DROP-OFF
Yard waste is also accepted at the Public Works.
Monday – Friday 7am - 2 pm, January – October ONLY.
Drop-off is for Lindenwold Residents only – NO CONTRACTORS.
Must show proof of residence.
