The Public Works staff strives to maintain Borough streets for the benefit of all residents.  You may now use this webform to submit requests online.  Please follow all instructions to ensure our team will be able to respond quickly and efficiently.

Please report the location of the pothole or hazard using one or both of the following methods:

Please tell us where the hazard is with as much detail as possible. Use the next option to provide us a Google Maps link, which may help us understand your written description.

How to Share a Google Maps Link

Please read all of these instructions before proceeding.

  1. When you are ready:  Click Here to Visit Google Maps
  2. The above link will open Google Maps into a new browser window or possibly in your smartphone app.
  3. On a computer:
    1. Zoom into the map until you find the general location of the pothole / hazard. 
    2. Right-click on this location and then select "What's Here?"
    3. A pop-up box should appear with the approximate address and the GPS coordinates for the location you clicked on.  Click on either of these links, although the GPS location is preferred.
    4. Once the location is highlighted, click the "Share" icon / link.  Another pop-up window will appear with a sharable Google Maps link.  Please check the "Short URL" box.
    5. COPY this shorter Google Maps link, return to this webform, and then PASTE the link into the box above.
  4. On a smartphone app:
    1. Zoom into the map until you find the general location of the pothole / hazard. 
    2. Tap and hold on this location to drop a mapmarker pin.
    3. A pop-up box should appear with the approximate "Dropped Pin" address and options to start GPS directions.  Tap on the "Dropped Pin" address itself.
    4. Tap the "Share" icon / link and then COPY.
    5. Return to this webform, and then PASTE the link into the box above.  If the PASTE brings over the "Dropped Pin" address details before the link, please backspace / delete this info, leaving the Google Maps URL in the box above.
